team to support the development of your product.
Project Management
Client Support Services
As soon as you decide to use BioReliance as your partner, we will provide you with your own dedicated in-house advocate to ensure that you have all the information you need at your fingertips. The Project Manager (PM) is your main point of contact and assures that commitments are met. Your PM will select the most appropriate key individuals within BioReliance to form the project team. As the Sponsor, you will also play a key role within this project team, working closely with your PM to develop your Project Plan, discuss any risks associated with the project and agree the frequency and format of project updates.
Your PM is involved from the study design stage, tracking your project from start to finish, providing updates, ensuring that your project is completed on time. Our new data tracking system allows us to provide data, reports and other information the way you need it, efficiently and on time. PM’s continue to work with you even after you have committed to the project, to answer your questions and to help you prepare for the next project.
The Client Services Support team offers assistance and answer questions
from our dedicated client services phone line and are responsible
for faxing unaudited preliminary assay results to clients and provides
administrative support to the project management team. The support
team also co-ordinates and maintains import and export permits for
shipping test samples between our facilities and other sites throughout
the world.
