BioReliance has significant experience in producing and testing gene therapy viral vectors.
|
Vector is quantitated in patient samples (whole blood, urine, throat swab, and stool) via Quantitative PCR (Q-PCR). BioReliance designs primers to different regions of either the inserted gene or vector. PCR conditions are optimized to ensure sensitive levels of detection.
